Trust Centre
How we protect your privacy
Wellbeing data only works when privacy doesn't depend on trust.
Three principles.
- The data belongs to the individual. You can always view, export or delete your data.
- The organization sees groups, never individuals.Reports are only available for groups of at least 30 people and when at least 10 participants have data available for that day. When necessary, additional aggregation criteria are applied to protect anonymity.
- Control over personal dataEach person decides whether to participate, what data to share with the AI, and whether to upload their blood test results. They can also delete their account at any time.
Privacy should be felt, not just stated

How we use AI
- What it doesExtracts values from uploaded blood test results and answers wellbeing questions using available data: the employee’s personal data within the app and, for HR, aggregated data only.
- What it never doesIt does not diagnose. It does not share individual data with employers. It does not infer emotions. It does not make decisions about a person’s work or employment.
- Where data is processedOn servers located in Europe.
