Three scores. Based on your data.
Vitality+ turns wearable data into three easy-to-understand scores: activity, readiness and sleep. Stress and heart rate complete the picture, while weight, BMI and blood test results can be added directly by the individual.
How the scores are defined
- ReadinessShows how ready your body is for the day. It takes into account recovery, HRV, resting heart rate, sleep quality and consistency, and recent activity.
- SleepBrings the quality of your rest into a single score, considering sleep duration, efficiency, time to fall asleep, REM sleep and deep sleep.
- ActivityMeasures how much you move against your personal goals, considering daily activity, training frequency and training volume.
- Heart RateShows the heart rate measured by your wearable. It’s a metric, not a score.
- StressEstimates your stress level using HRV and heart rate, interpreted alongside physical activity to distinguish training-related stress from everyday stress.
The three scores range from 0 to 100 and are paired with a simple, easy-to-understand indication. The calculation adapts to each individual’s baseline.
Where the data comes from.
From the wearable.
The V+ ring or wristband, or the employee's own wearable, automatically collects data such as sleep, heart rate, HRV and activity.
Added by the individual.
Weight and height for BMI calculation, along with any blood test results voluntarily uploaded.
Developed with the support of healthcare professionals.
